The deep work most people put off
There was a time I couldn’t
see a reason to keep going.
I found my way back in Peru — the night I met myself. Now I walk a while with people standing where I stood, until they can walk it themselves.
For the ones who've built the life, and run out of things to try.
The inner work — Traditional Amazonian Diets, and the slow integration that makes the change stick. Not productivity. Not another retreat.
Or watch my story first — 14 minStart here
The whole story, in my own voice.
Where I came from, how I lost myself, and the one night that gave it back. Told once, straight through. If you do one thing on this page, let it be this.
You've done the deep healing work — the retreats, the workshops, the bio-hacking. And the old life still comes back. The same patterns. The fears and insecurities, still coming to visit.
That's not a failure of effort, or of intelligence. You have the insight. But insight alone doesn't reach the place the pattern actually lives — the part of you that decides, quietly, below the level of intention, to stay exactly where you are.
A weekend was never going to undo a lifetime. Neither was one more book.
The part most people skip
The deep work isn't a peak you chase. It's the slow part most people skip.
The Diet is profound, and it's real. But the work doesn't fix you — the year after does. The journey gives you visibility. What you do with it once you're home is the actual work, and it's where almost everyone quietly slides back: same environment, same peers, same defaults, and no one around who understands what just happened.
So they book the next peak to feel it again. The choice isn't made once — it's made every week, for a year.
I hold the line with you across the whole arc. Before you arrive, while you're there, and for the twelve months after. The community holds it with you too. That slow integration at home is the part most people skip — and the part the journey, on its own, can never give you.
A path, not a menu
The Diet isn't the first step for most people. Often what's needed is one honest conversation that cuts through the noise — which is what a Clarity Session is for. For many, that's enough: the pattern gets named, the next move gets clear, and they go do the work with what they already have.
The Diet is for when that isn't enough — when you've had the clarity, you've done the practice, and the thing still won't move. The natural next step, not the first one. I'll tell you honestly which one you're ready for.

Traditional Amazonian Diets
The Diet is profound — held by Don Alberto in his tradition. But the medicine doesn't fix you; the year after does. I hold the line with you when you get home, so it lands instead of fading. That's the part the journey alone can't do.
Offered three to four times a year. Maximum ten people.

Not a guru. Not a shaman. Not a psychic. A person who has spent over two decades paying close attention — to people, to business, to what actually creates lasting change. Nothing more, nothing less.

Knowledge stays open
Ideas belong to everyone. The writing, the videos, the community — all open. Only personal time is paid, never knowledge. If it's worth sharing, it's shared openly.

Rooted in tradition
Eight years with Traditional Amazonian Diets, alongside a maestro of 50+ years. The deep work is grounded in real experience, not spiritual tourism — one deep tool among others, in service of what you actually need.
What this is
This is not
- Spiritual entertainment
- Plant medicine tourism
- A subscription to someone's identity
- Answers in exchange for dependency
- Another healing brand
This is
- Discernment over doctrine
- The work over the quick fix
- The slower work that picks up where books and retreats leave off
- A place to think clearly
About Claudiu
Not a guru.
Not a shaman.
A man who went to the bottom — and found his way back.
I’d built a life that looked fine from the outside. Underneath it I was lost, and I’d run out of things to try. At one point I flew across the world to fix it from the outside — the expensive suit, the right haircut, learning to walk up to strangers. None of it mattered, because I didn’t have myself. I treated myself like a problem to solve, because solving things was what I knew how to do. The same patterns came back, exactly as they were.
There came a point where I genuinely couldn’t see a reason to keep going.
Peru was my last hope. Not one option among others — the last one. I went not knowing if it would help, only that I had nothing left to lose and nothing left to try. What I found there wasn’t another answer. It was myself. And the slow, unglamorous work that came after, alongside Don Alberto Torres Dávila, a maestro of 50+ years in the Ucayali region of Peru, is what actually changed anything.
I’ve gone back many times since. Not for the peak — for the part that comes after, which is the part that lasts.
Now I sit with people doing the same searching I did, often standing somewhere near where I once stood. I’m not here to fix anyone. I’m here to walk alongside — one step ahead on the same trail.
I call Hong Kong home right now, along with Peru — but at heart I’m a nomad. I never belonged anywhere growing up, and somewhere along the way that became the gift: I go where I’m most needed. There’s enormous need for this work in Asia, and almost no door for it. I want to be one.
Romanian. Two decades in technology and business sit quietly behind the work.
The aim was never for you to need me. It’s for you to not — and then, sometimes, to come back as friends.
Your friend in this — C.
